What and Why?? Lets findout if it fits to us!

Assalam 'Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

Allah says in the Glorious Quran: And We had certainly given Luqman wisdom [and said], "Be grateful to Allah ." And whoever is grateful is grateful for [the benefit of] himself. And whoever denies [His favor] - then indeed, Allah is Free of need and Praiseworthy. (31:12)

Let us all think deeply about the fruitful, and the beautiful advice Luqman ('alaihissalam) has given to his beloved son. Indeed this is something which if we deeply understand and follow it, surely the situation of the Entire Ummah will be changed inshaAllah. Let us see what does it contains.

1. First of All, Luqman ('alaihissalam) advices his son on Tawheed, and makes him understand that associating a partner with Allah (subuhaanahu wata'aala) is the greatest of injustice one can make on the face of the earth.

And [mention, O Muhammad], when Luqman said to his son while he was instructing him, "O my son, do not associate [anything] with Allah . Indeed, association [with him] is great injustice." (Surah Luqman, Verse 13)

2. Reminds his son of the importance of Obeying the Parents, and the rights of them on him.

And We have enjoined upon man [care] for his parents. His mother carried him, [increasing her] in weakness upon weakness, and his weaning is in two years. Be grateful to Me and to your parents; to Me is the [final] destination. But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them but accompany them in [this] world with appropriate kindness and follow the way of those who turn back to Me [in repentance]. Then to Me will be your return, and I will inform you about what you used to do. (Surah Luqman, Verse 14 and 15)

 3. Describes some of the might of Allah. Mentions the power of Knowledge and Control of his Lord that nobody should ever forget.

[And Luqman said], "O my son, indeed if wrong should be the weight of a mustard seed and should be within a rock or [anywhere] in the heavens or in the earth, Allah will bring it forth. Indeed, Allah is Subtle and Acquainted." (Surah Luqman, Verse 16)

The Reality of "Democracy" among them?? Lets see what they did this time!

Assalam 'Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

If I were to ask you about Democracy, what would be your answer?

Owkey let us find a "global" definition for this term. I have searched some documents in great areas like Encyclopedia Britannica also. They ALL conclude one common characteristic of it which is, "EQUAL say of ALL the figures/people involved in the selection, election and/or decision to do something."

I am sure that you all know very well about the so called "rules" they have in "Democracy". So the purpose of this post is not to mention any explanation of that word, nor to make any highlights about the "changes" this "Democracy" has brought into our communities. If Allah Wills, we will make a ponder over those things in detail in another opportunity.

We all know thoroughly that it is the West which has brought us something called "Democracy" and opened markets to sell this "product". So let us look at the "Democracy" not in Italy, not in US, and not in British either, but the "Democracy" they practice in the United Nations (UN). The World's most Powerful Organisation after the League of Nations which had 58 members, but collapsed due to the World War 2.

So what am I going to point out in THIS post??

"Take These Words to Those Who Could Not be Present Here Today" - Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)

Assalam 'Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

After praising, and thanking Allah he (sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam) said:

"O People, lend me an attentive ear, for I know not whether after this year, I shall ever be amongst you again. Therefore listen to what I am saying to you very carefully and TAKE THESE WORDS TO THOSE WHO COULD NOT BE PRESENT HERE TODAY
.
O People, just as you regard this month, this day, this city as Sacred, so regard the life and property of every Muslim as a sacred trust. Return the goods entrusted to you to their rightful owners. Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you. Remember that you will indeed meet your LORD, and that HE will indeed reckon your deeds. ALLAH has forbidden you to take usury (interest), therefore all interest obligation shall henceforth be waived. Your capital, however, is yours to keep. You will neither inflict nor suffer any inequity. Allah has Judged that there shall be no interest and that all the interest due to Abbas ibn ‘Abd’al Muttalib (Prophet’s uncle) shall henceforth be waived…

Beware of Satan, for the safety of your religion. He has lost all hope that he will ever be able to lead you astray in big things, so beware of following him in small things.

O People, it is true that you have certain rights with regard to your women, but they also have rights over you. Remember that you have taken them as your wives only under Allah’s trust and with His permission. If they abide by your right then to them belongs the right to be fed and clothed in kindness. Do treat your women well and be kind to them for they are your partners and committed helpers. And it is your right that they do not make friends with any one of whom you do not approve, as well as never to be unchaste.
O People, listen to me in earnest, worship ALLAH, say your five daily prayers (Salah), fast during the month of Ramadan, and give your wealth in Zakat. Perform Hajj if you can afford to.

All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over black nor a black has any superiority over white except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly. Do not, therefore, do injustice to yourselves.
